STEP 1 – TELL US WHAT YOUR FITNESS GOALS ARE

Start your MVMT Program based exactly on what your goals are and what motivates you. We’ll talk through your fitness history – the good, the bad and the ugly. We look at your current lifestyle and schedule. We get a sense of what makes you tick. But most importantly, we want to fully understand why you feel motivated to change and what you want to achieve.


STEP 2 – LEARN HOW YOU MOVE AND ADDRESS ANY MOVEMENT LIMITATIONS

Next, we build a physical profile by conducting a Movement Assessment. This one-hour session helps us understand the unique needs of your body and determine how movement training can bring you the most benefit.


STEP 3 – WE DESIGN A SPECIFIC MOVEMENT PROGRAM FOR YOU

We match your MVMT Program to your needs, personality, and aspirations. Based on your fitness goals and movement assessment we create a customized program that will get you the results you’re looking for. Our sessions are a premium fitness experience that conveniently fits into your schedule– you can train once a week, every day, or anywhere in between.


STEP 4 – CONSTANT PROGRESSION THROUGH TRACKING AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Your MVMT Program will always feature a mix of exercises designed to ensure you never get bored or tired of the routine. Routine checkups and continuous accountability to see how far you’ve progressed. We’ll take those results, compare them against your goals, and make any necessary adjustments to your training regimen to ensure you stay motivated and on track to success.

  • Access to the Online Community and Support Team
  • Form video review – we analyze the video of your exercise form and provide feedback; we schedule these reviews every two weeks but will complete them more or less frequently as needed
  • Nutritional guidance and tracking – our meal template comes with basic nutrition education including specific calorie targets, specific macros targets, meal timing suggestions, food suggestions, etc. and an example meal plan to help you understand how to put it all together
  • Scheduled accountability sessions to review your MVMT Program and make adjustments as needed
  • Personalized workout calendar – all your workouts and other reminders on an easy to use digital calendar
  • Workout tracking – see your workout progress, stats for specific exercises, and more
  • Body stat tracking – track and view changes in your weight, fat, body composition, and other numbers
  • Access to the JAMFITNESS Exercise and Workout Library

 

Based on the information provided in your intake forms and through our communications with you, we create a 12-week MVMT Program customized to you, that:

  • Is built around your schedule
  • Focuses on the type of movements you like and will help you reach your goals
  • Follows the principles of exercise programming such as specificity, periodization, progression, variety, etc.

 

The program will be built according to your skill level, among other factors. Why is this important? This helps to determine:

  • Frequency of training (number of sessions per week)
  • Length of sessions (time spent during a single session)
  • Time between sessions (number of rest days between workouts)
  • Total rest days per week
  • Type of exercises included
  • Volume (exercises x sets x reps)
  • Rest intervals (how long you rest between sets/exercises)
  • Type of progressions (which variable changes over time)
  • Rate of progression (the pace at which intensity increases)
